Pump Technology’s Annual Pump Exhibition

Every year we take advantage of the good English weather (!) and hold our annual pump exhibition at the Newbury Racecourse. We do this so that we can also take advantage of a good evening of racing, where our pump partners can get involved in presenting awards to the winning owners.

The evening is a fantastic opportunity for the pump manufacturers to network with other suppliers and customers whilst showing the audience their new pump stations, hand pump portfolios, waste water pump, , float switch range and shower drainage solutions so is always a well attended day.

This year was no exception, the weather was glorious and we had a fabulous evening betting on the horses and whilst I’m not sure any of us came away with any winners, our partners certainly enjoyed presenting the winning horses – or at least their owners with the prize.

Below you can see Frank Erdt, the Sales Director of Pentair Jung Pumpen, and Thomas Koening the regional sales manager presenting the prize for the 4th race of the evening the ‘Jung Pumpen & Pump Technology Handicap Stakes’ It was the 9/4 favourite Glebe Spirit that romped home first.
