Pump Technology Ltd., the UK’s largest Authorised Jung Pumpen GmbH distributor and stockist are pleased to invite a selected number of Public Health Engineers to Germany from the 30th November to 2nd December 2022.

This is a unique opportunity to attend a wastewater and sewage training programme at the extensive and dedicated Jung Pumpen training centre which is part of their factory in Steinhagen Germany.

The training will enable Public Health Engineers to:

• Identify the important site requirement factors when specifying a pumping
  solution
• Select the correct pump system for the application
• Understand the wide range of pumps and pump system available

The comprehensive training programme will enable participants to interreact with floor mounted systems such as the Compli Lifting Station, Hebefix and DrainMajor wastewater systems. Design options such as different impeller types, lip seals vs mechanical seals, float operation, material choices plus control and alarm systems as well as why one pump is more suitable than another for hot wastewater pumping will all be explained and
demonstrated.

A guided visit around the Jung Pumpen factory will also be included.

The training course is jointly sponsored by Pump Technology Ltd and Jung Pumpen GmbH, Pump Technology Ltd, based in Aldermaston, Berkshire was Authorised by Jung Pumpem GmbH in 2005 for the specification, supply and support of its equipment in the UK. Today we are the largest European supplier of this equipment outside Germany and are always on hand to helping Public Health Engineers develop their knowledge of wastewater and sewage pumping systems.
