I just wanted to drop a message to you to say ive spent half the day with Clive at lee sanition fixing my Cinderella gas loo. It was an excellent experienc. Clive has given me a comprehensive master class on cleaning the loo thoroughly aswell as trouble shooting along the way. We quickly worked out the problem but also dealt with other things that could well have become problematic in the future. I feel very confident that I can now maintain the loo myself and won’t have to worry as much. I don’t think this would have been possible without spending a few hrs with Clive.
I definitely would have paid good money to do a course like this either as part of the purchase package or afterwards. I would say it’s paramount when buying an item like this and I am a builder/carpenter so not the most impractical person.
Clive has a great temperament for teaching and I can sleep a little more soundly this evening knowing the Cinderella loo is under my control.
